"Provide affordable, educational, and outdoor recreational activities in a safe, clean, and inviting environment for people of all ages through sound business and management practices"

Who Are We?
Mt. Holiday, Inc. is a grassroots group of local ski enthusiasts that is committed to preserving Mt. Holiday's pristine 45 acres forever. The group's goal is to give the community an affordable place for year-round recreation. Mt. Holiday, Inc. was formed in fall 2001 and each board member contributes broad experience in the fields of finance, law, construction, fundraising, and ski operations.

We Are Non-Profit
In 2002, the federal government recognized Mt. Holiday, Inc. as a nonprofit organization. This means that all gifts given to Mt. Holiday, Inc. are tax deductible. Charitable gifts are Mt. Holiday's lifeline - they ensure hospitable grounds, safe equipment, and acres of undeveloped bay view land for all to enjoy forever.

We Are For Kids
Mt. Holiday is dedicated to keeping lift tickets, rental equipment, food and lessons affordable. We have a no-smoking environment (inside and out) and maintain a family friendly atmosphere. During our first season, we established two “skiership” funds to ensure no kid will be denied a chance to learn to ski because they can not afford the sport. The Tom Hall Memorial Skiership and Warren Brosch Memorial Skiership have been funded to allow up to 5 children a chance to ski each day. The program offers lift tickets, rentals and lessons to any child that qualifies. Summer activities are also geared to recreation for children.
