Dinner in the Hill: Legacy in Motion
Legacy in Motion
Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the legacy of Mt. Holiday — and the community carrying it forward.
Legacy in Motion honors more than 75 years of memories made on our hill while looking ahead to the generations still to come.
The evening will feature a cocktail hour, dinner, silent and live auctions, live music, and dancing — all in support of a place that has brought our community together for generations.
Every dollar raised will directly support Mt. Holiday’s mission to keep outdoor recreation affordable, accessible, and available to all.
Your support helps ensure that children and families throughout our community have the opportunity to get outside, try something new, build confidence, and create traditions of their own.
We’re celebrating the legacy behind us — and investing in the one still being written.

Dress Code: Elevated Fall Cocktail
Think polished ski-lodge style with a nod to Mt. Holiday’s cozy, community-centered roots. Classic fall cocktail attire, boots, blazers, sweaters, scarves, wool, plaid, velvet, leather, and rich autumn tones are all encouraged.
Vintage ski-inspired touches are a fun way to add to this year’s theme, but are not required.
Most importantly, dress for a special October evening under the tent: elevated, comfortable, and ready for Northern Michigan weather.
